- Free preview tier with 5 server structure previews
- Paid tier ($1.99) with 10 additional refinements and up to 2 downloadable Python script generations
3. User Responsibilities
By using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your intended server use
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the Service's usage limits
- Not use generated scripts to violate Discord's Terms of Service
- Not resell or redistribute generated scripts as-is for commercial purposes

The Hardpoint website, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Generated Scripts
Scripts generated through our Service are provided for your personal or business use. You may modify and use them for your own Discord servers. However, you may not resell the scripts as-is or claim them as entirely your own work. Generated scripts contain a watermark header indicating they were created with Hardpoint.
5. Payment and Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- The $1.99 fee grants access to paid features for your current session
- Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not provided once a script has been generated
- If you experience technical issues preventing script generation, contact support for assistance
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated scripts will work perfectly with all Discord configurations
- AI-generated content will meet all your specific requirements
You are responsible for testing and verifying scripts before using them in production environments.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardpoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Discord Compliance
Our Service generates scripts that interact with the Discord API. You are responsible for:
- Complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Terms
- Properly securing your Discord bot tokens
- Using scripts in accordance with Discord's rate limits and guidelines
We are not affiliated with Discord Inc. and are not responsible for any actions Discord may take regarding your account.
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
